The Stroke Support Group is an educational support group for stroke survivors and their caregivers that seeks to provide evidence based information, mutual support, structure, and resources that promote increased independence and quality of life. The group meets in the Soggs Room at St. Luke’s Home in the Center for Rehabilitation and Continuing Care Services (CRCCS), 1650 Champlin Avenue, Utica. Light refreshments are served at each meeting.
