Dr. Kwasniewski graduated Cum Laude from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering in 1994. He attended medical school at SUNY Upstate Medical University and then completed his Diagnostic Radiology residency there in 2003. Dr. Kwasniewski completed a fellowship in Emergency Radiology at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in 2004. He is certified by the American Board of Radiology.
