Social Work Support Services

Patients, caregivers and family members can turn to our Oncology Support Services to learn about cancer and available treatments, and to participate in support groups. Patients are encouraged to speak with the Cancer Center social worker to answer questions, obtain information about their cancer and find support groups and other resources.

Alexandra Battista, LMSW, is the Oncology Social Worker for the Cancer Center. She can be reached at 315-624-5241 or by email at abattis1@mvhealthsystem.org.
