Central Utica Building (CUB), a group of local physicians, are constructing a new medical office building (MOB)/ambulatory surgery center (ASC) in downtown Utica. The new building is located across from the Wynn Hospital on the corner of State and Columbia Streets. CNY Cardiology (CNYC) will occupy a portion of the MOB. Mohawk Valley Health System (MVHS) will occupy the remaining portion.

  • ASC – a new service for MVHS which will provide a space for same-day surgical care, including diagnostic and preventive procedures. ASCs
have transformed the outpatient experience by providing a convenient alternative to hospital-based outpatient procedures.
  • Radiology (CT Scan, Fluoroscopy, Ultrasound, Pet Scan and General Radiology)
  • Lab Service Center
  • myRx (employee pharmacy)
  • MVHS physician practices that require access to the Wynn Hospital will be located in the new building. These include:
    • Advanced Endoscopy
    • Comprehensive Stroke and Neuro-Endovascular Program
    • General and Cardiothoracic Surgery.
