Epic Applications
Using the EpicCare Link, powered by the new MVHS electronic medical record (EMR) system, Epic, providers outside of the Mohawk Valley Health System (MVHS) can request consults, place orders and send messages to our providers directly from their browsers. You no longer need phone or fax – we’ll send you confirmations and patient updates in real time.

myHR Document Self Service
As an MVHS employee can access pay stubs, W2 forms and annual Wage Theft and Prevention Act statements from home through a limited version of myHR, called myHR Documents Self-Service.
MVHS Employee Pharmacy
The MVHS Retail Pharmacy provides in-house prescription services to all Mohawk Valley Health System (MVHS) employees and their dependents with Excellus BlueCross BlueShield health insurance coverage provided through MVHS.
myNetLearning
Use NetLearning to complete your internal education requirements and to sign up for computer & software training classes.
Managers can also access the NetLearning manager interface to check the status of your employees’ training completion.

Insurance Credentialing
The Revenue Cycle Services Department ensures that our Medical Staff providers are properly credentialed with all necessary insurance companies so that services can be billed and paid for by the applicable carrier.
Command Center
The Command Center at the Wynn Hospital is made up of 3 departments, our Transfer Center/Bed Allocators, our Intake Nurse Supervisor, and our Telemetry Room. Clinicians and Providers can use the resources below from inside the Wynn Hospital.
