Introducing the new PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency Program to the Mohawk Valley*
The new flagship hospital for the Mohawk Valley Health System (MVHS), Wynn Hospital, is located in the heart of historic downtown Utica, New York. Prospective residents will join a transforming healthcare organization committed to excellence in regional healthcare. They will be part of an exciting, brand new state-of-the-art facility, which opened in October 2023.
Residents will be an essential part of moving the Pharmacy Department in a new expansive direction where they will be an integral part of multidisciplinary patient care and a valuable member of the healthcare team. With this new facility, the Pharmacy Department will be gearing up for a high degree of computer innovation, distribution and inventory management within our fully-integrated electronic medical record system, Epic.
PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residents at MVHS will be involved in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
