The Mohawk Valley Health System (MVHS) announced the winner of the “Laboratorian of the Year” award for 2024 is Veronica (Roni) Sebastian, Laboratory assistant I, PSC, from the MVHS Clinton Medical Office.
This award is part of the Laboratory’s employee appreciation program. Employees are nominated by their co-workers, supervisors or other leaders for going above and beyond their job duties and exhibiting exemplary behavior of our organization’s values.
“I have worked with Veronica for years, both as her co-worker and her supervisor,” said Christine Goldman, BS, MLS (ASCP), director of Laboratory Services at MVHS. “In both roles I could always count on her. She will come into the office on her days off and float wherever needed with no complaints. I truly appreciate her and her dedication to patients is unwavering.”
