St. Elizabeth College of Nursing (SECON) will hold an Open House on Saturday, November 16, 2024, from 10 a.m. to noon at the college located at 2215 Genesee Street, Utica, New York. The event will include tours and Q&A sessions.
SECON offers a Nursing Education Loan (NEL) Program that provides students with the opportunity to receive tuition payments in exchange for an employment commitment with the Mohawk Valley Health System (MVHS) post-graduation.
The college offers a two-year Associate in Applied Science (AAS) degree in nursing, providing extensive hands-on clinical experience, a one-to-one relationship with faculty, and experience with top-of-the-line technology.
SECON offers multiple curriculum plans including a weekday program, an evening/weekend program and the SUNY Polytechnic Institute (SUNY Poly)/SECON Nursing Partnership Pathway (1+2+1) which provides students the opportunity to earn two degrees in four years: an AAS from SECON and a Bachelor of Science (BS) from SUNY Poly.
