This free prostate exam is brought to you by Upstate Urology at MVHS, the test will consist of a prostate exam with a prostate-specific blood test and is recommended for all men ages 45 to 75. This year’s FREE prostate screening exams will be taking place throughout April at Upstate Urology at the MVHS Faxton campus, with additional dates on April 18 at MVHS Rome Medical Office and April 22 at MVHS Herkimer Medical Office.
Upstate Urology at MVHS is located at the MVHS Faxton Campus, 1675 Bennett Street, Utica, NY. Use the Bennett Street entrance and take the Green Elevators to the second floor.
The MVHS Rome Medical Office is located at 1617 N James St. in Rome, NY.
The MVHS Herkimer Medical Office is located at 201 E State St. in Herkimer, NY.
These screenings will be held six times throughout April:
April 3, 9, 11 and 14
9 to 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 to 3 p.m.
April 18 – MVHS Rome Medical Office
9 to 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 to 3 p.m.
April 22 – MVHS Herkimer Medical Office
9 to 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 to 3 p.m.
