Lukacz received her associate’s degree in nursing from Mohawk Valley Community College (Utica, NY) and her bachelor’s degree in nursing from SUNY IT (Utica, NY). She graduated with M.S. as a family psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner from SUNY Upstate Medical University, where she received her Post-M.S. degree in education.
