Prior to joining MVHS, Wintle was employed at Planned Parenthood Mohawk-Hudson at its sites in Utica, New York, and Herkimer, New York, as an advanced practice clinician. She was also employed at Bassett Hospital in Cooperstown, New York, as a family nurse practitioner and as a registered nurse in its Emergency Services/Level II Trauma Center.
Wintle earned an Associate in Applied Science in Nursing at St. Elizabeth College of Nursing in Utica, New York, completed the Nurse Practitioner Program at Community General Hospital in Syracuse, New York, earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Utica College of Syracuse University in Utica and a Master of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner at State University of New York Polytechnic Institute in Utica. She is a member of the New York State Nurse Practitioner Association.
