Dr. Clark has been part of the medical staff at Presbyterian Nursing Home and Hospice Care.
Dr. Clark received his bachelors degree from Williams College (Williamstown, MA) and his medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine (Boston, MA). Prior to joining FSLH, Dr. Clark completed his residency at St. Elizabeth Hospital Family Practice.
Board certified in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine.
