Paulino studied biology at Mohawk Valley Community College in Utica, New York, before transferring to St. Elizabeth College of Nursing where she received her Associate’s Degree in Nursing. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Master of Science in Nursing both at SUNY Polytechnic in Utica, New York.
