Fadi Zakko, MD, had joined the MVHS Medical Group – Children’s Health Center in Utica, New York, where he practices primary care pediatric medicine.
Dr. Zakko is a board certified general pediatrician who has been practicing primary care pediatric medicine since 2012. He loves the way that pediatrics makes an impact by improving health outcomes for the whole family unit through working with children.
Dr. Zakko provides medical care to all children from birth to 18 years of age at MVHS Children’s Health Center, he also provides a wide range of services including well child visits, developmental and mental health screening, immunizations and other child illnesses including infections, asthma/allergies, obesity and many others. He is part of a team that coordinates patient care with a wide network of specialists and serves as a medical home to patients.

Dr. Zakko earned his Doctor of Medicine from University of Aleppo – Faculty of Medicine in the Syrian Arab Republic. He completed a pediatric residency at West Virginia University/Charleston Area Medical Center – Women and Children’s Hospital in Charleston, West Virginia.
