Dr. Goldberg brings with him many years of experience with an extensive number of awards and over 60 publications in high ranking urology and urological oncology journals. He continues to be actively involved in clinical and research work, promoting patient urologic care. He is an active member in many international professional urological societies, and is a reviewer for some of the most prestigious urological journals. His research focuses on urological cancer and specifically prostate cancer prevention and treatment.

Dr. Goldberg is an assistant professor at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York, and his areas of expertise include prostate cancer, kidney cancer, bladder cancer, upper tract urothelial carcinoma, testicular cancer and disorders of the adrenal. Dr. Goldberg also treats common urological diseases including benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), urinary stone disease, erectile dysfunction, infertility, hydrocele and incontinence.

Dr. Goldberg completed a three year fellowship in Uro-Oncology with the department of surgical oncology in the division of Urology at the Princess Margaret Hospital, University Health Network at the University of Toronto in Toronto, Canada. Dr. Goldberg completed his residency at the Urology Institute of Rabin Medical Center in Petach Tikva, Israel. He received his medical degree from Hebrew University Hadassah Medical School in Jerusalem, Israel, and his Master of Science from the Institute of Medical Science at the University of Toronto in Toronto, Canada.

Dr. Goldberg served as senior medical officer in the army acquiring extensive experience. He completed his residency and served as a chief resident at the Urology Institute of Rabin Medical Center in Israel. He later completed a three-year clinical fellowship in Uro-Oncology with the department of Surgical Oncology at the Princess Margaret Cancer Center in Toronto, Canada. During his fellowship, Dr. Goldberg focused on both robotic minimally invasive and open procedures.
