Dr. Gale received his medical degree from SUNY Upstate Medical University (Syracuse, NY). He completed an internship at Highland Hospital (Rochester, NY), and did his residency in Ophthalmology at Eastern Virginia Medical School (Norfolk, VA). He completed a fellowship in West Virginia University Hospital (Morgantown, WV).
Board certified in Ophthalmology by the American Board of Ophthalmology.
