Kathryn Boss, FNP, has joined Upstate Urology at MVHS at the Faxton Campus as a family nurse
practitioner.
Prior to joining MVHS, Boss was an emergency charge nurse at Rome Memorial Hospital in
Rome, New York. Boss has 15 years of experience as a nurse, 11 of those years in Critical Care.
Boss received her Master of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner from the SUNY Polytechnic
Institute of Technology in Marcy, New York. She also graduated Magna Cum Laude from Keuka
College in Keuka Park, New York, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
