Lexi Charbonneau, FNP, is a nurse practitioner at the MVHS Medical Group – Boonville Medical Office.
Charbonneau earned her Associate Degree in Nursing from the St. Elizabeth College of Nursing in Utica, New York, and her Master of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner studies from State University of New York (SUNY) Polytechnic Institute in Utica.
Charbonneau is board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioner Certification Board (AANPCB)
