Ms. Keever received her associates degree in Nursing at St. Elizabeth College of Nursing (Utica, NY) and her bachelors degree in Nursing at SUNYIT Utica/Rome (Marcy, NY). She received her Nurse Practitioner medical degree at Community General Hospital (Syracuse, NY). She is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
