She is a member of the American College of Chest Physicians, American Thoracic Society, Society of Critical Care, and the Maine Thoracic Society and is a Fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians.
Dr. Namassivaya earned her medical degree from Mahadevappa Rampure Medical College in Gulbarga Karnataka, India. She completed residency and fellowship training at Maine Medical Center in Portland, Maine, as well as a rotating internship in Medicine, Surgery, Pediatrics and Rural Medicine at St. Martha’s Hospital in Bangalore, India. Dr. Namassivaya earned her bachelor’s degree in Biology, Physics, Math and Chemistry from National College in Basavanagudi, Bangalore, India.
Board certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care Medicine.
