Murphy earned her Master of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner from State University of New York Polytechnic Institute and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Utica College, both in Utica, New York.
Most recently, Murphy worked as a family nurse practitioner in Hematology-Oncology at Slocum Dickson Medical Group in Utica. Prior to receiving her Masters degree, she served as a registered nurse in various departments at MVHS, including the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
Murphy is Board Certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
