Moshinskie has been with MVHS since 2022 where she started as a nurse practitioner with MVHS Pulmonary Medicine & Critical Care Group. She also worked in the ICU, and most recently as a nurse practitioner with the Cardiothoracic Surgery Group.

Moshinskie received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Utica University in Utica, New York, and a Master of Science in Nursing from University at Albany in Albany, New York. She earned her Certificate for Advanced Study in Family Nurse Practitioner from SUNY Polytechnic Institute in Marcy, New York.
