A board-certified internist, Dr. Kandiah has been a private practitioner with Oneida Medical Associates and a staff physician with Oneida Healthcare. He is a former chief of the Department of Internal Medicine at Oneida HealthcareCenter.
He is a member of the American College of Physicians, the American Society of Internal Medicine, American Medical Association and the Medical Society of the State of New York.
Dr. Kandiah attended medical school at the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka, and completed his internal medicine residency at St. Barnabas Hospital/Cornell University, New York, NY.
